Through the market-oriented operation mode, we should encourage and guide the real estate development enterprises with strength and good reputation to participate in the transformation of shantytowns.

By 2020, the city plans to build 23 new housing projects, 15327 sets, and the proportion of physical resettlement will reach 80.9%. We carried out the land use and planning approval of resettlement housing projects in advance, and promoted the housing requisition and relocation of shantytowns reconstruction projects and the relocation of resettlement housing construction. Last year, 11 projects and 11348 units were started ahead of schedule, accounting for 91.8% of the total.
