Brief introduction: GB 50325-2020 standard for indoor environmental pollution control of civil building engineering (hereinafter referred to as the standard) was approved and issued by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development of the people's Republic of China on January 16, 2020, and will be implemented from August 1, 2020. The original code for indoor environmental pollution control of civil building engineering (GB 50325-2010) shall be abolished at the same time. It shall be the same as GB 50325-2010 (2013 Edition), there are a lot of amendments to this standard. Limited to the length of the article, Xiaobing only lists the revised contents of indoor pollutant control and monitoring. For other revisions, please read the full text of the standard. (1) the types of indoor air pollutants are added. There are five kinds of indoor air pollutants in GB 50325-2010 (2013 Edition) (radon, formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, TVOC), toluene and xylene are added in this standard on the basis of GB 50325-2010 (2013 Edition). (2) the concentration limits of pollutants in indoor air are stricter. The concentration limits of most pollutants in this standard are stricter than those of GB 50325-2010 (2013 Edition), and some of them are even higher than those of indoor air quality standard GB / T 18883-2002 is more stringent. Because the sampling requirements of this standard and GB / T 18883-2002 standard for indoor air pollutants (such as the closing time of doors and windows before sampling) are not the same, they can not be directly compared. (3) Strict pollution control requirements are put forward for the decoration and decoration of kindergartens, school classrooms and student dormitories. Article 6.0.14 of this standard stipulates that the sampling quantity of radon, formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene, toluene, xylene and TVOC in the indoor air shall not be less than 50% of the total number of rooms during the acceptance of indoor decoration and decoration of kindergartens, school classrooms, student dormitories and elderly care facilities, And no less than 20. When the total number of rooms is no more than 20, all rooms should be tested. (4) The setting of indoor pollutant concentration detection points is adjusted. In this standard, the number of detection points in rooms with an area of more than 1000 square meters is adjusted. (5) the detection method of indoor air radon concentration is defined. GB 50325-2010 (2013 Edition) only requires the uncertainty of measurement results and detection lower limit of radon concentration detection method, and does not specify which detection methods can be selected. This standard specifies that the indoor air radon concentration detection in civil buildings should adopt the pumping electrostatic collection energy spectrum analysis method, the pumping scintillation chamber method, the pumping pulse ionization chamber method, and the activated carbon box low background multichannel method γ Spectrometer method.
