Brief introduction: Reliability is one of the basic requirements of power system. However, due to the influence of climate, human and other factors, power system failure is inevitable. When the power system breaks down, the operators are required to quickly judge the cause of the fault, remove the fault components and restore the normal operation of the system, so as to reduce the damage to the power equipment and ensure the safe and reliable power supply to users.
When the power system fails, the protection and circuit breaker may fail to operate or misoperate; The alarm information may be lost and distorted in the transmission process; There may be more than one faulty component. These make the actual fault complicated, it is difficult for individuals to make a correct judgment in a short time. Fault diagnosis system can help dispatchers quickly find out fault components, which is the premise of rapid power supply recovery.
Genetic algorithm is to transform the problem of fault diagnosis into o, 1 integer programming problem, and then use optimization algorithm to solve it. It is a relatively mature method of power system fault diagnosis, which has been applied to practical system. In this paper, based on the previous work, the genetic algorithm is improved to improve its convergence performance. Aiming at a large number of incomplete protection information in the actual system, this paper uses the method of estimating the missing information state in the iterative process, and achieves good diagnosis results.
